What is your return policy?All sales are final <3 no returns or exchanges.

When will my art arrive?Artwork will usually ship within a week. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email with tracking information from me as soon as order ships! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. The quoted rates reflect a slight mark up in order to cover some of the packaging costs.

What if my art arrives damaged?I'd feel horrible! Especially because I package each artwork with so much attention and love. Once the piece leaves Golightly Gallery, it's literally and figuratively out of my hands. I want to keep it chill though, so just email golightlygallery@gmail.com to let me know and I will help in anyway I can. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes.

What if my package is lost or stolen?Ahhh, again this sucks. Again again, once your order is shipped from the studio it's literally & figuratively out of my hands so I can't be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. But first track your item and reach out to your local USPS directly.
